Of course we want to try to get as many customers to trade in their check towards a new item in our store, but at the very least we get a percentage of all the buys that NR does make. The Estate Specialists had a wonderfully warm way of working with our customers, especially when handling customers’ “jewels” that were not really of value. They were diplomatic beyond belief.

Both representatives were excellent with customers and our staff. They worked efficiently and quickly with each guest. Our guest enjoyed the event…this was something different.
